Our story

Rightack Nauticals Pte. Ltd. is a maritime company owned and directed by its two founders. Incorporated in Singapore since 2021, it is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) under UEN 202107403W. Our role is to advise the people who own and operate vessels, and to share the work with them.

Where the company came from

Chehab Sheta was raised on the Mediterranean and has worked in the maritime industry since 2007: in the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean and the United States, as a captain, a technical manager, a refit technician and a dive instructor. Rightack Nauticals grew out of that experience.

Sherif Sheta spent four decades directing large infrastructure programmes across Egypt, Libya and international markets. That background sits behind the company’s governance and financial discipline today.

Finding your Right Tack

In sailing, a vessel cannot head straight into the wind. She reaches her destination by tacking: taking a heading, and changing it when the conditions ask. To be on the right tack is to be heading the right way for the conditions you are in. We help you find it, and stay on it.

The watch we keep

Safety through preparedness. Service through authenticity. In practice, comfort starts with well-kept systems behind the scenes, so maintenance is planned ahead and the vessel is ready when you are.

Take a bearing — we begin with a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

Set the course — we discuss the scope, the budget and the timeline with you, and agree them together before work starts.

Keep the log — one person stays close to the work and keeps you informed along the way.

Come aboard for a conversation

We would like to hear about your vessel and your plans for her.
