Who we are

Rightack Nauticals Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore, Unique Entity Number 202107403W, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.

This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no enquiry form, no account, no newsletter sign-up and no payment function. It sets no cookies. We have not enabled analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts of any kind.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical connection data, such as the internet protocol (IP) address a request comes from, in order to serve the page and protect the site from abuse. That is a function of hosting rather than something we collect: we do not use it to identify visitors, and we do not receive it as a report or a record we can search.

If you contact us

If you email or telephone us, we hold what you send — typically your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your vessel or your enquiry — for one purpose: to reply and to carry on that conversation.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are held in our business email system and kept while the matter is live and for as long as we may need them afterwards for our ordinary business and record-keeping. When they are no longer needed for either, we delete them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or withdraw your consent to our holding it.

Write to info@rightacknauticals.com and we will respond. If withdrawing consent means we can no longer deal with your enquiry, we will say so plainly rather than simply stopping.
