About Rightack Nauticals

Rightack Nauticals Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore on 2 March 2021, and is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) under UEN 202107403W. It is owned by its two founder-directors.

We manage vessels, oversee newbuilds and deliveries, and run the commercial side of charter operations.

Where the company came from

Chehab Sheta grew up between Egypt’s two coasts — the Mediterranean and the Red Sea. Two different bodies of water an hour’s flight apart, and the habit of moving between them shaped how the company works. Conditions change. Regulations change. The vessel still has to be ready.

How we work

Safety through preparedness. Service through authenticity. Both meant literally: the preparation happens before anyone arrives, and nobody is sold something they do not need.

Work is specified and quoted before it is authorised. Yard invoices are checked line by line against what was specified. You get one accountable person who has been aboard, and a plain answer when something is wrong.

Where we work

We have active operations on the Red Sea. Our experience runs to Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean.
